The main aim of the CU «All-Ukrainian Association «Protected Medicine» is protection and restoration of the violated rights and legitimate interests of the parties involved in healthcare sphere and in the economic activities in the healthcare industry, including medical institutions, their employees, professionals with medical education, offering individual medical practice, as well as patients.
The main objectives of the Union are:
• protection of the rights and interests of the Union members with all lawful means and providing appropriate assistance to them;
• permanent monitoring of existing legislation and legislative action on prevention of the adoption of regulations that may restrict the rights and freedoms of citizens in the health sphere, on complication of the economic and professional activities in the medical field, on braking of reforms in healthcare, etc.
