Lustration - is a special procedure for verification of persons holding positions in government bodies and local authorities, with respect to whom the information committing illegal and wrongful acts or omissions during the discharging of their official duties is available. According to the results of the procedure should be formed the lists of persons to whom holding positions in government bodies and local authorities is forbidden for term of life.
Committee on legal support of activities in the field of medicine of the Civic Union «All-Ukrainian Association «Protected Medicine» has initiated the establishment of the Working Group on Health Reform and conducting the lustration procedure of officials of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (MOH).
The Working Group plans developing and discussion of draft legal acts, procedures, regulations and other documents necessary for the formation of a new concept of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, as well as the organization and conducting of the lustration procedure of MOH officials.
According to lawyers of the Committee to carry out the procedure such lustration, firstly we must find out the corruption schemes and illegal activities carried out in the previous period of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine activity. We ask you to inform us of known illegal and corrupt actions of officials working in the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
The received information will be considered by the Committee lawyers and transmitted, if confirmed, to the relevant competent authorities.
With special form, everyone will be able to vote certain officials of Ministry of Health of Ukraine, who are subjected to the lustration procedure primarily, will be posted on our website.
